Job summary

Maxmove is seeking independent sales agents in Hamburg to grow our customer base for the Maxmove TMS platform. Work on a commission basis, with no fixed salary, and determine your own earnings in coordination with our partner agreement.

You will reach out to freight forwarders, couriers and trades businesses, present the complete suite (dispatch, driver app, invoicing) and close deals. Introductory calls will set compensation and attribution terms.

Qualifications

• Fluent German on the phone and in person.
• A registered business (Gewerbe). If you don't have one yet, you register it before you start.
• A smartphone and a laptop.
• Enjoy cold outreach by phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Sell Maxmove services to freight forwarders, couriers and traders.
• Handle initial outreach calls and follow up with potential customers.
• Build a customer base through cold outreach and networking.
• Explain pricing and benefits of Maxmove TMS.

Win freight forwarders, retailers and trades businesses in Hamburg for Maxmove. Work independently on commission.

Around the port there are many freight forwarders, courier services and logistics companies. For them, Maxmove TMS is the key product: dispatch, driver app and invoicing in one system.

There are also wholesalers and trades businesses in industrial areas such as Billbrook or Harburg that regularly ship or collect goods.

How you earn. On commission.

You work independently and earn commission on customers you bring to Maxmove. There is no fixed salary. We discuss the terms in the introductory call.

Your partner agreement sets out compensation, payment conditions and customer attribution.

What you sell. Everything Maxmove offers.

• Transport for businesses
• Trades businesses, wholesalers, furniture stores and online retailers book courier runs, vans and pallet transport with Maxmove. They see the price upfront and track the run live.
• Maxmove TMS for transport companies
• Freight forwarders, courier services and fleets use it to dispatch orders and drivers, track routes and send invoices. Getting started is free.
