Maxmove is looking for independent sales agents in Berlin to drive growth on a commission basis. There is no fixed salary, and terms are discussed in an introductory call.

You will sell all Maxmove offerings to businesses, including courier runs, pallet transport, and the Maxmove TMS, with live tracking and upfront pricing. Ideal candidates are comfortable with cold outreach, own a Gewerbe, and can work on the go with a smartphone and laptop.

Qualifications

• Fluent German on the phone and in person.
• A registered business (Gewerbe) when starting.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new customers for Maxmove through phone and in-person outreach.
• Present Maxmove offerings to businesses including courier and TMS services.
• Maintain relationships with clients to generate recurring revenue.

Win online retailers, courier services and trades businesses in Berlin for Maxmove. Work independently on commission.

Berlin has many online retailers and young companies that need fast, predictable deliveries. There are also courier services that still often dispatch by phone and spreadsheet.

Many logistics companies are based in the south of the city and in the surrounding area, for example at the Großbeeren freight village. In industrial areas such as Marzahn or Spandau you find trades businesses and wholesalers.

How you earn. On commission.

You work independently and earn commission on customers you bring to Maxmove. There is no fixed salary. We discuss the terms in the introductory call.

Your partner agreement sets out compensation, payment conditions and customer attribution.

• Transport for businesses
• Trades businesses, wholesalers, furniture stores and online retailers book courier runs, vans and pallet transport with Maxmove. They see the price upfront and track the run live.
• Maxmove TMS for transport companies
• Freight forwarders, courier services and fleets use it to dispatch orders and drivers, track routes and send invoices. Getting started is free.
