The position as Sales Leader in Germany is a key role for the companies continued growth and reorganization of its brands and integration of an acquisition that has been made recently. We are looking for a visionary Sales Leader to do the groundwork and take the team to the next level.
The Sales Leader is a person that will develop the sales department, build processes and train & lead a sales team in Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin and will be responsible for leading the total PNL. The ideal candidate should have the capacity to sell complex projects on technologies such as SAS/Data Science, AI/Analytics, BI/Data, Platforms and Customer Analytics.
The mission of the Sales Leader is to inspire and push the team of business managers towards the overall budget and goals of the company.
This is a pure Sales Leader role that will take charge of forming the sales department with the main goal of acquiring new clients, strengthening relationships with existing clients and selling the benefits of services under one umbrella.
The Sales Leader reports to the country manager and will have 2 direct Senior Business Managers and about 4-6 regional business managers (including 2-3 junior business managers) so he/she will be managing a team of 6-8 people.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in either Berlin, Frankfurt or Munich.
