Your Role
  • Extend the customer portfolio by identifying and developing customers in chemical and petroleum segment.
  • Responsible for the regional air compressor project tracking, direct sales business and agent development and management.
  • Actively visit design institutes in the region, maintain a good relationship with them, and seek and identify project opportunities.
  • To understand and analyze customer needs on a technical and scientific level.
  • Ability to map, analyze and understand the market, competition, competitor products and activities and provide accurate market information to sales manager.
  • Plan and execute selling activities in segment with sales manager.
To succeed, you will need
  • Bachelor or above degree major in mechanical engineering or related.
  • Good knowledge of air compressor industry.
  • Good skill on MS office software, especially Word, Excel and Power point.
  • Good command of English on reading, writing, speaking and listening.
  • Knowledge of marketing research tools and methodology.
  • You can work independently, with great flexibility and responsibility.
  • Excellent skill of communication, presentation and coordination.
  • Task driven, self-motivated and strategic thinking.
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn more.
  • Willing to travel.
