Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a market-leading dietary supplement CDMO that is looking for a German Sales Director to join their growing team. As the Sales Director, you will drive growth across the German market and play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence among brand owners and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Germany to drive new business and strengthen existing partnerships.
  2. Identify and close new opportunities.
  3. Partner with internal teams such as R&D, operations, regulatory, and customer service to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery.
  4. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform commercial strategy.
  5. Represent the company at trade shows and other industry-specific events.
Requirements:
  1. Deep understanding of the German nutraceutical contract manufacturing market and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  2. 7+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  3. 5+ years in dietary supplement contract manufacturing.
  4. Proven track record of developing new business.
  5. Fluent in German and English.
