We are seeking a Sales Director (m/f/d) for the TOLA territory, working remotely within the USA, to drive new business in the Identity Security Services space.

Role Overview

As a Sales Director for the TOLA territory (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas), you will be an individual contributor responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the Identity Security Services space. This role is focused on hunting for new logos and expanding our client basewithin the region while supporting business development with existing customers. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), along with their network of clients and partners, to identify and close Professional Services, and Managed Services (MSP) opportunities. You must be adept at navigating complex sales processes and selling to strategic enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing deals within the TOLA territory:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and follow-up.
  • Conduct market research to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities focusing on acquiring new logos in the IAM professional services, and MSP space.
  • Leverage existing network, establish new relationships, and act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with strategic (enterprise) clients and guiding them through complex sales processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs across consulting, professional services, and MSP offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the latest developments in Identity Security to effectively position our professional services, and MSP solutions.
Your Skills and Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role within the Identity Security Services industry.
  • Strong network of contacts in the TOLA Identity Sercurity market, including clients and partners.
  • Extensive experience in hunting for new business and securing new logos within a defined territory.
  • Ability to navigate and close complex sales processes with strategic enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as an individual contributor.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).
