Overview
As Sales Director Health & Finance (m/f/d), you will drive Damovo’s growth strategy across two dynamic industries: Healthcare and Financial Services. You will be responsible for building and executing a sales strategy that strengthens our footprint in both markets, wins new customers, and grows long-term partnerships. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant visibility across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a market strategy for the Healthcare and Finance sectors across Germany and internationally
- Define clear growth targets and ensure delivery against revenue and profitability goals
- Identify, qualify, and win new key accounts while expanding relationships with existing clients
- Lead negotiations for strategic contracts, including public tenders and complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, market engagement, and partnership development
- Monitor trends, regulatory requirements, and competitors in both healthcare and finance markets
- Translate insights into differentiated solution offerings together with product, marketing, and operations teams
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple regions
- Foster a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and data-driven decision-making
- Define and track KPIs, using analytics to continuously improve sales effectiveness
- Provide transparent governance updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities
Experience and Skills we are looking for
- Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within Healthcare IT and/or Financial Services IT solutions
- Deep understanding of industry-specific systems, technologies, and regulatory environments
- Experience with public sector procurement (healthcare) and/or financial compliance frameworks (finance)
- Strong network within both industries and ability to open doors at senior executive level
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-country teams
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, combined with strategic and analytical thinking
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Confident in using CRM systems and sales tools
