Beam’s Sales team is the front line of our go-to-market motion. We’re the first voice prospects hear and a core engine behind Beam’s growth. We don’t just sell, we listen, scope, and surface insights that shape how we position the product and prioritize use cases.
We work closely with marketing, product, and GTM engineering to target the right audiences, test new messages, and refine our outreach. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Beam, your job is to open doors. You’ll lead our outbound motion, prospecting high‑quality leads, sparking interest through cold outreach, and qualifying opportunities that drive real revenue. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with Account Executives to ensure every handoff is sharp, relevant, and demo‑ready.

You’ll step in as a key individual contributor, owning your pipeline and making things happen.
