Your mission

Sales Development Representative is a motivated and competitive candidate who focuses on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our Account Executives. The ideal candidate should have a solid work ethic, enthusiasm to be part of Bella&Bona, and the motivation to not only meet but exceed sales targets. Working closely with our Management team and founders will give you the opportunity to develop and continue to develop your career in sales. Self- motivated candidate looking to build a solid foundation in tech sales is an ideal fit for this position.

Your responsibilities
  • Book demos via cold calling and on-site visits to offices
  • Attend events and build personal connections via networking
  • Maintain an organised pipeline and activity records using Hubspot
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings

  • Demonstrates strong drive and engagement: comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Entry-level to 2 years of sales or professional experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths
