Jobtailor is seeking a customer service professional to act as a primary client contact in Germany. The role involves handling inquiries across phone, email, chat and social platforms, resolving issues, processing payments, and meeting sales objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months in customer service, strong typing speed, and familiarity with Windows-based systems. A college degree is preferred but not required.
