Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree is preferred.
• Telephone experience is required.
• Auto dialer experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
• Quiet home office setup required.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills including active listening.
• Must pass a background check and typing test (35 WPM).
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new software.
• Ability to sit for long periods.

• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Two years of telephone customer service or previous call center experience
