Are you ready to turn curiosity into business opportunities? As a Sales Consultant – Lead Development, you’ll connect with potential customers, create interest in our solutions, and generate new business opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises.

You’ll work with outbound and inbound channels like phone, email, and LinkedIn, building relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing smaller deals independently. If you love sales, tech, and problem-solving, this role is for you!

Full-time | Berlin | Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00
Languages: German (C1) + English (B2)
Salary: €3,100 gross/month + up to €700 bonus every month

Your Responsibilities
  • Reach out to potential customers and partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and readiness to buy.
  • Present digital solutions clearly, showing value and tailoring your approach.
  • Run outbound campaigns to grow a strong sales pipeline.
  • Close smaller sales opportunities or hand over larger deals efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft).
