Als Sales Assistant wirst Du Teil der großen Subdued-Familie und durch Deine Energie und Professionalität wirst Du zum Botschafter der Marke und zum Gesicht des Hamburger Stores.

Deine Aufgabe wird es sein, den Kunden zu begrüßen und ihn während des Verkaufs zu betreuen. Dabei folgst Du der Philosophie und den Standards des Unternehmens und berätst als Modeexperte und Kenner unserer Produkte. Deine Aufgabe ist es, Begeisterung für die Marke Subdued zu vermitteln und jedes Einkaufserlebnis zu einem unvergesslichen Kauf zu machen.

Deine Aufgaben als Verkäufer werden sein:

• Verwaltung des Kundenempfangs und der Kundenzufriedenheit
• Sicherstellen, dass das Styling des Ladens mit den Unternehmensrichtlinien übereinstimmt
• Koordinieren des Wareneingangs und des Warensortiments
• Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Verkaufsräumen und im Lager zu halten

As a sales assistant, you will be a team member of the great Subdued family and through your energy and professionalism you will be an ambassador of the brand and the face of the store in Hamburg.

Your task will be welcoming the customers, assisting them during the sale by following the philosophy and standards provided by the company; you will advise them as a fashion expert and deep connoisseur of our collection. Your mission is to convey the enthusiasm for the brand and turn every shopping experience into an unforgettable purchase.

Your sales assignments will be:

• Managing customer welcoming and customer satisfaction
• Ensure layout of the store by following company policies
• Coordinate products delivery
• Keeping the store and the warehouse tidy and clean
