General Description
In your role as Sales Advisor(m/f/d), you will represent our brand in our Cologne store and be responsible for the entire customer experience, including customer service in our store.
Your Role
- Welcome our customers and advise them with your exceptionally competent, open-minded and positive manner.
- Inspire our customers: show them how our products will make their travels adventurous and smooth.
- Take responsibility for the customer experience, product presentation, sales and representation of our brand values.
- Pass on customer feedback on products and services and help us to continuously improve our products and customer experience.
- Assist with inventory management and maintenance of stock items.
- Convince customers of the outstanding features of our products and achieve sales targets.
- Through your work, you have a direct influence on the success of Horizn, and you are prepared to take responsibility for this.
Your Skills and Experience
- You have more than 1 year of experience in retail sales for a premium brand, in sales management for a fashion store, or in a front desk role.
- You are a good listener and persuasive.
- You have experience working with products that require intensive consultation.
- You have a talent for building long-term customer relationships, winning and retaining customers by recognising their needs and desires.
- Travel is important to you and you have an affinity for lifestyle and fashion.
- You have experience working with sales targets and enjoy the challenge of increasing sales.
- You have a good eye for the presentation of our goods and always ensure that the goods and their presentation in the shop are in perfect condition.
- You are reliable, organised and structured in your work.
- You impress with your open-minded, friendly, enthusiastic, positive and sales-oriented personality.
- You are passionate about travel, smart products, fashion, design and sustainability.
- You already have experience in an international working environment and are fluent in English and German.
