A leading robotics manufacturer in Germany is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide support for customers and partners, including programming assistance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has completed education in mechatronics or a related field, possesses solid programming skills in robot controls, and has a willingness to travel. Provide technical support for customers and partners, including programming assistance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair and commissioning. Support national and international projects from installation to ramp‑up. Perform maintenance, installation and servicing activities in Germany and occasionally across Europe. Create and run offline simulations to support project planning and optimisation. Conduct internal and external training sessions and prepare training materials and quick‑start guides. Execute equipment testing and technical experiments to validate performance and applications. Take responsibility for the technical design, set‑up and maintenance of the Technical Centre. Clarify technical topics and drive product improvements with our Japanese colleagues and the Product Manager, sharing findings with subsidiaries. Join customer, prospect and distributor visits across Europe with the sales team. Build and maintain a strong service and support network. Support and participate in trade fairs and exhibitions in Germany and abroad.
