We’re looking for a hands‑on, data‑driven RevOps Specialist to help us scale our outreach engine and bring the world’s best app developers into conversations with our acquisition team.
We’re looking for a RevOps Specialist who combines operational precision with creative outreach.
Someone who can build and manage our end‑to‑end developer acquisition funnel – from initial contact to booked intro call – while constantly optimizing performance.
You’ll own the entire outreach process: design and execute multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, DMs), write personalized messages that convert, and maintain a clean, structured funnel in Pipedrive.
You’ll be the first human touchpoint with potential sellers, representing Bluethrone’s brand, values, and professionalism in every written interaction.
This is a back‑office role that requires native‑level written English, excellent communication skills, and a sharp sense of detail.
You’ll work closely with the Acquisition Leads to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and a smooth handover to our acquisition process.
