As a Revenue Marketing Manager for the DACH and Nordic/Benelux regions, you will be the market expert and growth driver, partnering with regional leaders, sales teams, and global marketing colleagues to design and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies. Your mission: generate high-quality leads, build a strong pipeline, elevate brand reputation through thought leadership and PR, and strengthen customer relationships through targeted retention programs across key healthcare markets. This role reports to the Europe Revenue Marketing Associate Director.
Market Expertise and Intelligence — Become the local expert on healthcare customers and market dynamics. Monitor trends, analyze competition, and share actionable insights with sales and cross-functional teams. Support persona development and validate new solutions in the market.
Marketing Plan Development and Execution — Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to create and implement marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue. Align regional strategies with global objectives and work with campaign, digital, PR, and analytics teams to maximize impact.
Localized Messaging — Develop compelling, market-specific messaging and positioning to differentiate Wolters Kluwer Health solutions. Support PR and thought leadership programs to elevate brand awareness.
Demand Generation & ABM — Generate high-quality, CHAMP-qualified leads and manage the regional pipeline in CRM. Partner with sales to build relationships with key accounts, advocates, and decision-makers. Drive ABM programs in collaboration with local sales teams and the global ABM marketing team.
Retention Activities — Support initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and maintain business continuity.
Campaign and Event Management — Plan and execute virtual and in-person events and marketing campaigns. Track performance, analyze ROI, and optimize spend based on results.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) — Drive ABM programs in collaboration with local sales teams and the global ABM marketing team.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
10+ years of enterprise marketing experience, ideally in healthcare or tech.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills.
Strong collaboration and communication abilities in a global, multicultural environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce, ABM platforms, Power BI, AI tools (Copilot), ON24, and Seismic.
Fluent English; German, Dutch, or Nordic languages are a plus.
Regulatory awareness – Knowledge of marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR) and industry standards.
Willingness to travel 15–30% across your regions.
