The Planning, Sales and Inventory Team is seeking a Retail Analyst to support inventory optimization across Church distribution centers within Europe.

This role will focus on monitoring stock development, analyzing performance metrics, and proposing improvement plans to support retail KPIs.

The Retail Analyst will work under the supervision of the Inventory Manager and collaborate closely with the Retail Manager to observe and ensure alignment between supply chain strategies and retail execution.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock movements across retail locations
  • Analyze performance indicators such as stock availability, turnover rates, and replenishment cycles
  • Prepare regular management reports and forecasts to support strategic decisions
  • Participate in the development of supply chain projects and improvement plans to enhance inventory efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Retail Manager to ensure operational alignment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Retail Management or formal education in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail analytics, inventory control, or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Previous experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with Lean Management Principles, KPI frameworks, and performance monitoring
  • High command of the English language is required. Proficiency in an additional European language is preferred
