Main Responsibilities

The Residential Solution Manager is responsible for analysing the customer’s demand, providing optimized solution to customer, delivering solution value to customer. Duties include leading an ambitious team to build-up market share by expanding businesses, partnerships, and entering new markets.

  • Perform Market Analysis and suggest the Sales strategy / Product roadmap;
  • Identify, qualify and close customer sales opportunities to help togenerate sales revenues that meet or exceed assigned goals;
  • Product planning, analyse Technical demand / Product function / License etc.;
  • Analyse Development trend of solar inverter market;
  • Analyse competitors’ strategy / operations;
  • Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization;
  • To ensure the leading edge;
  • Support project bidding by preparing BOM / quotation;
Requirements
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Technical Sales position in Solar Energy industry, Inverter Sales or EPC background is preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer, Information Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics and Renewable Energy or similar domain;
  • Master the basic theory & knowledge of Solar Inverter technology;
  • Familiar with PV system design, including sizing of the PV strings, equipment selection, cable sizing, system optimization;
  • Basic knowledge of BESS solutions;
  • Knowledge of PV inverter technology, e.g. MPPT, LVRT, etc.;
  • Familiar with grid related topics, e.g. Grid code, load flow analysis;
  • Knowledge of LCOE calculation of PV system, CAPEX, OPEX and Yield calculation, etc.;
  • Familiar with AutoCAD, PVsystem, PVsol software; MS Office;
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good planning and organizational skills;
  • Business travelling will be required;
