The Role

As a Research Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering executive search assignments from briefing through to appointment. You will work closely with consultants, supporting high‑quality, research‑driven searches and engaging with senior leaders across the DACH region and Europe.

This is a fast‑paced role in a high‑performing, collaborative environment, offering strong exposure to executive search best practice and clear opportunities to develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering detailed market mapping and talent research
• Identifying, engaging, and assessing senior‑level candidates
• Supporting searches end‑to‑end, ensuring they are run to Fortune Hill standards
• Preparing high‑quality client‑facing reports and materials
• Managing data and search activity through our CRM
• Building market knowledge and supporting relationship development

• 2 years’ minimum experience in recruitment, executive search, or a related research role
• Confident engaging with senior professionals
