Alchemy are proud to be collaboratingwith a successful relocation company in their search for a new member to join theirteam in Dusseldorf.

After probation; 2 days WFH each week will be introduced.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of relocation services (national/international)
  • Central contact person and interface between the international companies, their employees and the local relocation consultants
  • Cooperation with the authorities and offices involved
  • Individual advice and independent customer support throughout the entire process
  • Order processing end-to-end as well as ensuring quality standards and monitoring of the entire process
  • Maintenance of all relevant data in our assignment management system

Skills & Experience:

  • Professional experience in the field of global mobility, relocation,HRor other service areas such as customer support, project coordination or business administration
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • High degree of service orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and independent work
  • Team player
