About the role

As a Regulatory Affairs Associate within the Essential Home organization, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation and compliance efforts. You'll grow your career in a role that provides a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experience within a dynamic, collaborative environment. The Regulatory Affairs and Safety Associate DACH & Nordics is responsible for the smooth launch of new products of its brands and provides appropriate regulatory support for new projects, including global enquiries, as well as for ensuring compliance throughout the whole product life cycle.

Your responsibilities
  • Responsible for all aspects of filing registrations, maintaining compliance throughout the product lifecycle and performing related invoicing tasks
  • Collaborate with relevant local and global teams and the commercial teams in the German speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) to establish and implement regulatory strategies, within the agreed timeframes to execute the business plan for the commercialization of household cleaning and care products
  • Executing global strategies locally, incl. artwork and advertising review from a regulatory perspective
  • Safety Data Sheet plausibility review
  • Review labels according to guidelines
  • Review that regulated claims are appropriately supported and provide guidance from a regulatory perspective
  • Represent the regulatory function as a leading and knowledgeable partner in business development and support the brand development from a regulatory perspective
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure that regulatory issues are properly managed and resolved
  • Coordinate the resolution of regulatory issues affecting household cleaning and care products
  • Maintenance of internal regulatory administrative data
  • Perform tasks related to trade association activities
  • Interpret and implement regulations and guidelines
  • Participation in change control procedures
The experience we're looking for

Experience

  • Proven track record with at least 1 year in chemical regulatory affairs

Education

  • University degree, preferably in Chemistry or related life science disciplines

Language Skills

  • Fluency (native-speaker level) in German
  • Fluency in English (at least B2)
