We are looking for a proven sales leader to drive growth in Germany and the Netherlands. In this role you combine hands-on sales with strategic leadership: building strong teams, winning new business, and shaping the future of clean air solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with European goals
  • Lead and coach a team of 10–15 to boost pipeline, closing rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Expand our customer base and enter new markets (industrial, cleanroom, OEM)
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Management, and Operations for seamless execution
  • Manage sales performance and forecasts, addressing growth challenges head-on
What You Bring
  • At least 8 years B2B sales experience, ideally in filtration, HVAC, or technical industries
  • Proven track record in leading international or multi-country sales teams
  • Commercial drive, customer focus, and strategic mindset
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken at a high level) and English
  • Skilled in value-based selling, CRM (Salesforce), and ERP (SAP or similar)
  • Collaborative communicator who builds trust and drives change
