Qualifikationen

Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for achieving regional sales and results targets for our Ostomy Care products and ensuring long-term business success in this important business area.
  • You anticipate future opportunities to drive continuous market share growth and actively shape a successful future with us.
  • You advise customers on all technical questions related to Ostomy Therapy and stand by with your indication experience to support specialists and patients in receiving the best possible care with high-quality products.
  • You conduct customer training and events.
  • You plan efficient visits to the existing customer base, acquire new customers, and ensure sustainable customer loyalty.
  • Internally, you strive for targeted cooperation through coordinated and systematic information exchange (cross-functional, -area, -franchise, -channel, Marketing).
Profile
  • You are a highly motivated and committed person with sales talent and have been successfully working in the field for several years.
  • We require relevant experience in a comparable function or as a regional area manager of a pharmaceutical, medical product, or medical technology company.
  • You bring in-depth market knowledge in the medical environment and/or the HomeCare market.
  • You are familiar with the hospital and specialty trade sectors and ideally have an existing customer contact network.
  • You think and act as an “entrepreneur” and are willing to take new paths if necessary.
  • You are familiar with developments in health policy.
  • You have solid business management skills and a high results orientation. You can securely interpret market figures and derive suitable measures from them.
  • Your German and English language skills are fluent in word and writing.
  • Willingness to travel and overnight stays is required.
  • You live in the sales area.
