This role involves ensuring compliance with HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and leading HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, at least 5 years of experience, and strong knowledge of German labor law. Fluent German and English are required for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
