Job title

Regional Controlling Airfreight/ IATA CASS (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

• Billing for import and export shipments.
• Booking and controlling of incoming invoices.
• Controlling activities such as CASS posting, cost monitoring, etc.
• Managing invoice complaints with the creditors, especially using of creditor complaint portals (airlines, etc.).
• Administrating claims.
• Reporting of the figures.
• Assisting in terms of figures, data, facts for airfreight management.
• Supporting other branches where Accounts Payable / IATA / CASS as required.

Applicant's profile

• Successfully completion of vocational training, especially in the Logistics Industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to structure and present data clearly and effectively.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English and German.
