Recruitment Manager | Engineering Sector

Location

HQ Berlin (ideally hybrid in Berlin, however this position can be remote anywhere across Germany with some travel to sites when needed.)

We're looking for a hands‑on Recruitment manager to join a rapidly growing business in the technical and civil engineering space. This is not your average internal recruiting role, it sits at the intersection of deep technical hiring, high-growth business transformation, and talent planning.

You’ll be stepping into a complex, fast-moving, and highly technical environment, where success will be defined by mindset, not just experience.

As part of a small but ambitious People team, you’ll :

• Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for highly specialised civil engineering positions.
• Work independently and be accountable for your decisions, pipelines, and delivery outcomes.
• Act as a true talent partner to technical stakeholders, including senior engineers and business leads, building genuine working relationships.
• Deliver a structured, proactive approach to hiring across multiple engineering firms within the group.
• Execute on talent sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, build talent pipelines, and improve recruitment operations.
• Push back and influence technical and academic stakeholders, delivering reasoned arguments and guiding strong hiring decisions.

• Business level fluency in German is essential.
• In‑house technical or engineering recruitment, or similar sector.
• Solid end‑to‑end recruitment experience, sourcing, candidate and stakeholder management, interviewing, advising, through to offer.
• Previous experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition.
• A data‑driven and analytical mindset.
• Natural ability to work independently, but also collaborate as part of a high‑performing team.
