getolo is looking for a Recruiting Team Lead (f/m/d) with a passion for hiring exceptional talent and building diverse inclusive teams. You will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission to create tailored insurance solutions for individual customer needs. We are looking for a motivated individual who is excited to join our team and help us continue to grow our business across Europe.

You should ideally live in the Berlin/Brandenburg area - this is a hybrid position with 1‑2 days a week in the office expected.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruiting team and provide guidance and support to our team of talent acquisition specialists
  • Implement and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and create diverse candidate pools
  • Lead the full‑cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer negotiation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment
  • Ensure the full usage of our ATS system (Workable)
  • Be operationally involved in the recruiting for crucial positions
  • Improve and take care of our Recruiting Dashboards
Requirements
  • 5 years of recruiting experience with at least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Extensive experience in full‑cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening and offer negotiation
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a strong ability to build relationships
  • Proven track record of working with hiring managers to identify and hire top talent
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to track metrics and measure recruitment effectiveness
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English language
