We are looking to hire a talented QUALITY MANAGER for our Renewables Energy division. The primary responsibility of this position is to lead, develop, implement, and manage QA/QC processes across renewable energy projects, including, but not limited to, microgrid, solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and high voltage substations. This role provides centralized quality leadership and ensures that quality standards, regulatory compliance, and construction best practices are consistently upheld across geographically dispersed projects. The Quality Manager holds overarching responsibility to internal and external stakeholders, Sargent Electric executives, and regulatory bodies, while Project Managers retain direct responsibility for Field Quality Managers, leads, and technicians; the Quality Manager ensures alignment between field execution and the business unit strategy.
