In this role, you will drive the quality strategy for a fast‑moving engineering organization building modern, user‑centric privacy solutions. You will collaborate across development, product, UX, DevOps, and support teams to ensure every release meets high standards of reliability and usability. Operating in a dynamic, startup‑like environment, you will help shape QA processes, elevate testing practices, and guide both onshore and offshore teams. Accountabilities:
  • Define, strengthen, and evolve QA processes across multiple product lines and distributed engineering teams.
  • Coordinate testing activities, ensuring alignment between onshore and offshore contributors and promoting consistent quality practices.
  • Design methods to inspect, test, and evaluate software products using both manual and automated approaches.
  • Analyze data to prepare clear quality reports and provide insights that inform product decisions.
  • Identify, reproduce, and investigate software defects, demonstrating persistence in finding root causes.
  • Assist customer support teams in diagnosing issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to improve product stability and user experience.
  • Document issues thoroughly in the bug‑tracking system and contribute to continuous process enhancement.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in software quality assurance or related technical fields.
