Role overview:

We are seeking a talented project manager (full‑time) to join our team. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary project teams for national and international projects in the development of Electromagnetic and Ultrasonic flowmeters. You will report functionally to the Team Lead of the project office. Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, covering both new product development and ongoing support for released products;
  • Supporting the technical architect in specification, design, testing, and production introduction for electromagnetic and ultrasonic flowmeters;
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions;
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project obstacles;
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting on project status and performance metrics;
  • Liaise with manufacturing and development partners to ensure seamless transitions from design to production.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in electronics, mechanics or technology sectors;
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus, or a strong interest in obtaining one will be supported;
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences;
  • Motivate and inspire teams to consistently exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results;
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on achieving results;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
