We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team supporting laboratory software solutions. In this role, you will act as a primary liaison between the company and multiple concurrent customer projects. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and communicating detailed project plans to ensure that tasks are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure that billable projects remain on schedule and within budget while mitigating project risks.
• Monitor project deliverables and progress, ensuring project goals are achieved.
• Establish effective communication strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Interface with both customer and internal teams to address project issues and communicate expectations clearly.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and project teams to foster positive relationships and manage project-related expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

• A scientific degree in a relevant field such as biology, biotechnology, chemical engineering, informatics, or chemistry.
• Proven experience in delivering at least one LIMS, ELN, LES implementation, upgrade, or optimization project.
