Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m / f / d) with Cybersecurity expertise to take on a strategic mandate: Lead the company-wide implementation of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and ensure our MV Drive products comply with the new global standards.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across the entire organization related to the Cyber Resilience Act and ensure that MV Drive products comply with the standard.
  • Align with internal stakeholders in R&D, engineering, customer support, service, and product management to achieve the required standards.
  • Coordinate necessary activities among various departments to meet compliance objectives.
  • Implement and adapt processes to ensure compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act.
  • Establish a vulnerability management and reporting process.
  • Ensure that all required documentation is created and maintained.
  • Align your activities with Motion High Power Division’s global initiatives.
Background and Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in project management or leadership of technical teams.
  • Knowledge of cyber security processes and regulatory requirements.
  • University degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
  • Strong collaboration skills in multi-site and multi-functional environments.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, matched with solid communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with drive systems utilized in industrial settings is advantageous.
