Overview

Pharmaceutical Project Manager (Fire & Safety Systems) – German Speaking

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in fire and safety systems to join a long-term pharmaceutical project in Germany.

The role

You’ll oversee and deliver complex building technology projects, working closely with project managers, operations, subcontractors, and HSE teams. Responsibilities include:

• Managing scope, schedule, and costs
• Coordinating subcontractors and external services
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
• Supporting solution design and technical documentation
• Providing technical leadership and customer support

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in project management (pharma or construction/engineering background ideal)
• Strong knowledge of fire and safety systems
• Fluent German and good English communication skills
• SCC-17 certification (mandatory)
• Ability to work on-site in Germany with some hybrid flexibility
