Key Responsibilities
  • As an Project Manager/ Scrum Master, you\'ll use your Agile Project Management expertise to facilitate the Agile process and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.
  • Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile methods, identifying and removing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality software on time.
  • Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management and advanced proficiency in Scrum.
  • Advanced proficiency in Agile Process Coaching and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development). Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.
  • Coach the team on Agile methods and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality software on time.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of work exp.
  • Minimum 4 years End to End Project Management Experience
  • High school/ GED diploma
