ACCUMALUX Group is a leading manufacturer of high‑quality plastic components, specializing in injection‑molded parts for batteries and high‑tech products. With production sites in Luxembourg and Europe, the group employs more than 400 employees.

As part of our growth strategy and diversification efforts, we are seeking a Project Engineer to manage technical projects, drive process improvements, and support production entities. This full‑time position is based in Luxembourg, with travel within Europe required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects within the ACCUMALUX GROUP, ensuring on‑time and budget‑compliant delivery.
• Drive product and process innovation while improving efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical support for production entities and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (IATF 16949:2016) and enforce company quality and operational policies.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in project management (minimum 2 years), preferably in plastic processing and industrial environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools and methodologies for design and project management.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electricity, and production automation is an advantage. A hands‑on approach and willingness to engage in practical tasks are needed.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. French or German is advantageous.
