Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in der Metallbearbeitung, idealerweise im Luftfahrtbereich.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2) und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch (mindestens A2).
• Kranführerschein erforderlich.

Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von Komponenten des Fahrwerks mit Fräs- und Drehmaschinen.
• Einrichten und Bedienen von konventionellen und CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen.
• Überprüfung der Werkstücke auf Maßgenauigkeit und Einhaltung der Luftfahrtstandards.

Job description

Tasks

• Machining of landing gear components using milling and turning machines
• Setting up and operating conventional and CNC-controlled machines
• Checking workpieces for dimensional accuracy and compliance with aviation standards
• Documentation of all work steps in accordance with aviation specifications

Requirements

• Completed training as a cutting machine operator or tool mechanic
• First professional experience in metalworking, ideally in the aviation environment
• Experience with milling and turning machines (conventional and CNC-controlled) desirable
• Good knowledge of German (at least B2) and basic English (at least A2)
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift model
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
• Crane license required
