KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is looking for committed production employees (m/f/d) for sugarbeet seed processing at the Einbeck (Lower Saxony/Germany) as soon as possible. This dynamic position is initially limited to up to 24 months and is full-time.

  • Technical responsibility: monitoring and operating the state-of-the-art equipment and machinery in the various seed production processes
  • Varied activities: Processing production orders according to work plan and specifications, and changing inserts in various production processes to ensure smooth operation
  • Quality control: Performing control tasks to ensure the high quality of our seeds
Your profile
  • Completed vocational training (preferably in the natural sciences or agricultural sector); career changers from logistics/warehouse or technology/trades are also welcome
  • Commitment: Willingness to work in shifts (sometimes 24/7) and high physical resilience
  • German language skills are required
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility, reliability and independent working style
  • A forklift driver's license would be an advantage
