Your Role
  • Derive, structure, and prioritize user stories to guide development based on stakeholder requirements
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams to implement new features effectively
  • Guide and instruct the development team, managing technical dependencies to ensure smooth progress
  • Ensure software releases are bug‑free, meet customer expectations, and achieve on‑time delivery
  • Align with the head of digital measurement platform on feature priorities, product strategy, and technological roadmap
  • Stay updated on industry trends, realize new ideas, and support product rollout and maintenance
  • Oversee product performance post‑launch, ensuring compliance with industry standards and conducting regular reviews for process optimization
Your Profile
  • Successfully completed masters/diploma degree in the field of vision science / optometry / medical engineering or a relevant adjacent subject, Ph.D. will be appreciated
  • Skilled in driving innovations in optometry/vision science and digital technologies, with a strong passion for expanding knowledge in these areas
  • Experience working in international companies, with medical device development experience being advantageous
  • Demonstrated self‑driven and autonomous management of products throughout the entire lifecycle and about technology‑driven digital products that influence user behavior and conversion, utilizing user‑centered methodologies
  • Strong result orientation with a self‑driven working style, analytical and data‑driven, understanding customer and consumer needs
  • Capable of managing cross‑functional, intercultural teams, with high flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments, fluent in English communication
