We need someone with 3-5 years of experience in agentic AI or conversational platforms who has built studio frameworks or lifecycle management tools. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment within a larger enterprise and have a track record of driving platform adoption and consumption metrics.

What you'll do:

• Own the development of agentic capabilities including studio, agent lifecycle management, evaluation, monitoring, and model hub features

• Take ownership of platform consumption metrics and drive adoption across enterprise customers

• Work closely with engineering teams and customers to build scalable agentic solutions for industrial AI use cases

• Lead product initiatives that leverage TheLoops' platform for utilities, aerospace, defense, and manufacturing sectors

• Drive platform features from conception to deployment, ensuring they're 2-3 generations ahead of competitors

• Collaborate with the CTO (serial entrepreneur) and founding team to push the frontier of enterprise agentic AI

Day-to-day example:

You might start your week reviewing consumption metrics and user feedback from Fortune 500 clients, work with the engineering team to prioritize studio framework enhancements, and spend time with industrial customers to understand their agent deployment challenges. Last month, our team integrated with a major utility company and the person in this role would have led the platform customization and deployment strategy.
