For one of our clients, a company offering a range of products and solutions in the fields of smart energy, energy efficiency, and renewable energy, I am looking for a candidate for the position of Product Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements.
  • Partner with R&D, sales, and marketing to deliver and promote products.
  • Align product development with quality, customer, and regulatory needs.
  • Create positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Train sales teams on products.
  • Track product performance and customer feedback.
  • Adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop business cases and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure products meet industry regulations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Business Development in smart metering industry — THIS IS A MUST.
  • 3+ years in product management (preferably in energy, IoT, or smart grid solutions).
  • Technical expertise in electricity metering (e.g., AMI, AMR, smart meters).
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Fluent in English + German/French.
