What we're looking for?

We need someone with 3-6 years of experience in product development within supplements, nutraceuticals, functional beverages, or consumer health. You should be comfortable leading flavor creation and optimization, sensory evaluation, and developing masking strategies for challenging ingredients. Bonus points if you have experience with hot fill formulation processes and liquid supplement formats.

What you'll do:

• Lead flavor creation, optimization, and sensory evaluation for new and existing products, including developing masking strategies for bitter or earthy actives.
• Translate market insights, consumer trends, and scientific research into innovative product concepts, collaborating with R&D and formulation partners.
• Conduct bench-top trials to evaluate stabilizers, sweeteners, flavors, and other key functional ingredients, optimizing formulations for taste, texture, stability, and shelf-life.
• Lead production trials on manufacturing lines, adjusting process parameters to ensure consistency and quality, and troubleshoot production challenges.
• Oversee reformulations, packaging updates, and line extensions, monitoring performance and consumer feedback to guide improvements.
• Partner with Regulatory to ensure compliance with supplement and health product standards, and with co-manufacturers on lab and production trials.
