This opportunity is managed via a retained search partner and is ideal for candidates motivated by long-term investing and value creation in the software and technology sector.

We are seeking candidates who bring:

• 2–4 years of professional experience from a top-tier investment bank, leading private equity firm, or top strategy consultancy
• A strong interest or prior exposure to the technology and software sector (e.g., SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, digital platforms)
• Analytical rigour, commercial acumen, and advanced financial modelling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence to interact with senior stakeholders
• A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, high-performing culture
• Fluency in both German and English
• Willingness to be based in Munich with occasional travel across Europe
