R&D Partners is seeking a Power BI Solution Architect to develop data insights and analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making in the area of Commercial Excellence. This role involves creating meaningful reports, implementing data products, and integrating various data sources to provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver data insights and analytics solutions to support business decisions.
• Design and build visualizations and data models using Power BI and Power Query.
• Develop data products with Snowflake to establish a consistent data foundation.
• Analyze and integrate internal and external data sources to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial and IT teams using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Manage and oversee data projects, ensuring successful implementation and handover to business units.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Background in business, natural sciences, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, particularly in data analytics and digitalization projects.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and SQL is a plus.
• Ability to work with complex and diverse data sources.
• Project management experience, preferably with agile certifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
