• You will establish the global PMO structure and implement a standardized project management framework and methodology in multipe sites to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• By defining transparent governance and reporting structures, you enable clear oversight of project KPIs such as timelines, budget, scope, risks, and benefits.
• You coordinate and support cross-functional projects (e.g., transfer, NPI, process engineering), ensuring alignment and consistency in planning, execution, and reporting.
• Through training and coaching, you empower project managers and functional leaders to apply best practices and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• You contribute strategically by aligning project execution with company goals, manufacturing footprint plans, and operational improvement initiatives.
• In collaboration with key functions such as Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Digital, you ensure seamless execution of digital transformation and improvement projects (e.g., Lean, automation, MES upgrades).
• You build strong relationships with stakeholders, optimize resources, and proactively mitigate risks to achieve successful project outcomes and business KPIs.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master's or university degree with very good academic results in natural sciences, engineering, or business engineering.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in a comparable role, such as in consulting or within a PMO, has equipped you with the skills to lead complex, cross-functional projects.
• With a strong foundation in project management, you are confident in applying methodologies and making sound, data-driven decisions.
• Your background includes proven experience in project management, including targeted communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. German language skills are considered a valuable asset.
• You bring strong presentation and negotiation skills, along with a solid command of project management tools and techniques.
• Working independently and proactively comes naturally to you.
• You have a structured, solution-oriented mindset and a high level of ownership, especially in critical project phases.
• You have an official project management qualification.
• Additional qualifications such as statistical knowledge or a Six Sigma Black Belt certification are highly appreciated.
