What you\'ll do

• Develop and implement an OT security platform strategy aligned with corporate goals, supported by the IT Product Manager
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of OT security platforms while ensuring secure system integration
• Collaborate with CyberSecurity teams and stakeholders to resolve OT incidents and implement preventive measures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards like IEC 62443 and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials
• Conduct training sessions for OT personnel to promote security awareness and align with cybersecurity strategies

Who you are

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, with proven OT security experience
• Skilled in OT protocols (e.g., Modbus, SCADA) and security frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST)
• Experienced with OT security tools like firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and asset management platforms
• Certified in GICSP, CISSP, or CISM, with experience in manufacturing or construction materials industries
• Proficient in English, willing to travel up to 25% of the time, and familiar with cloud-based OT security solutions
