Your Tasks
  • Independently creating/modifying work plans, parts lists and test plans, with a focus on development and qualification components, samples and FAI's
  • Creating and maintaining parameter-valid production parts lists based on drawings
  • Creating/modifying production and test instructions
  • Independently designing and developing efficient production processes and manufacturing technologies, as well as designing operating resources and providing support for commissioning
  • Planning and compiling work packages for production in coordination with the specialist departments
  • Optimising production processes and implementing lean measures
  • Defining basic requirements for special operating resources and systems (including support with procurement and documentation)
  • Independent design, development and optimisation of efficient production processes, series start-up processing and operating resource design, including scheduling and implementation in SAP
  • Support in the preparation of technical quotations for the manufacture of components and assemblies
  • Coordination of the individual specialist departments and creation of production orders and production control for development projects
Your Qualifications
  • Training as a master craftsman, technician or degree (in mechanical engineering, production engineering)
  • Several years of professional experience in AV and manufacturing
  • Knowledge of structural assembly, mechanical processing, welding, heat treatment, metallic and composite manufacturing processes is an advantage
  • Experience in handling and dealing with external services, procurement and scheduling
  • Knowledge of determining planned and machine times
  • Confident use of SAP, TC, CAD and Microsoft Office applications
  • CAD knowledge (NX, Catia) is an advantage
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Knowledge and methods of optical and tactile geometry measurement are an advantage
