Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in objektorientierter PHP-Entwicklung.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Symfony Frameworks.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology & Development (hands-on)

• Active participation in the further development and maintenance of the hygi.de online shop
• Implementation of complex features, epics, and technical improvements
• Further development of the shop architecture (e.g., refactoring, headless approaches)
• Ensuring code quality, performance, stability, and maintainability
• Conducting and moderating code reviews
• Responsible handling of deployments and releases
• Continuous technical documentation and knowledge transfer

Team Lead & Tech Lead

• Technical leadership of the entire web shop team
• Disciplinary leadership of permanent developers
• Professional and technical management of external developers (freelancers)
• Overall professional responsibility for backend and frontend development of the web shop
• Close technical coordination with frontend developers on architecture, interfaces, performance, and best practices
• Technical decision-making on architecture, standards, tools, and procedures
• Coaching and further development of team members
• Conducting regular 1:1, feedback, and development meetings
• Close cooperation with product owners, head of IT, and adjacent teams
• Further development of development and quality processes in an agile environment

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Several years of experience in object-oriented PHP development
• Very good knowledge of the Symfony framework
• Experience in the technical and/or disciplinary management of development teams
• Solid understanding of modern front-end architectures and the ability to classify front-end topics technically
• High quality awareness for code, architecture, and deployments
• Structured, independent way of working
• Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and team orientation
• Interest in e-commerce platforms, scaling, and modern software architectures
• Motivation to take responsibility for people and technology
