Overview

Your Role: As a Personal Assistant (f / m / d) working part-time you will provide direct support to the Sub-Regional Head of Implementation. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling administrative and organizational tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and supporting internal and external communication. You will also assist with coordinating travel arrangements, expense tracking, and following up on action items from meetings.

A key part of your role will be to act as a reliable point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring professional correspondence and efficient flow of information. Through structured organization and proactive support you will help the Sub-Regional Head of Implementation Services stay focused on strategic priorities while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Your Profile
  • Completed commercial training or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a similar field
  • Several years of experience as an assistant, preferably in an international business environment
  • Strong skills in calendar management, travel coordination, and preparation of documents and presentations
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
