You will work in a collaborative, fast‑moving marketing group that blends performance, content, product marketing, design, and events. We run tight experiments, share learnings quickly, and stay focused on what drives qualified demand. You’ll have room to own outcomes, test new angles, and help scale a modern B2B growth engine.

How you will make an impact
  • Own the end‑to‑end paid media campaign lifecycle (e.g., Google Search, LinkedIn, Taboola, Meta), including planning, execution, daily optimisation, reporting, and post‑campaign analysis
  • Monitor and interpret key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, CPL, pipeline influence) and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for growth
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance updates to stakeholders, highlighting trends, opportunities, and budget allocation improvements
  • Partner closely with content, design, and product marketing to align on creative assets, messaging, audience targeting, and channel distribution
  • Set up, implement, and evaluate A/B tests (ads, audiences, landing pages) to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and cost per lead
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to uncover trends, benchmark performance, and identify new opportunities
What we are looking for
  • You have 3+ years of hands‑on B2B performance marketing experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • You are highly analytical, structured, and comfortable synthesising data into meaningful insights
  • You bring expert‑level experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
  • You are a quick learner who can rapidly understand problems and develop practical, effective solutions
  • You are proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes end‑to‑end; you communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross‑functional teams
  • You are fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus but not required
  • Experience with attribution tools is a plus
  • Experience with CRM platform integrations is a nice to have (HubSpot is preferred)
  • Experience in fintech or payments is a plus
